J. Rick Creed

President and CEO

Rick Creed Mr. Creed is President and CEO of Weber Metals Inc., a leading supplier of aluminum and titanium forgings. He is a manufacturing and forging industry veteran with over 34 years of experience.

Background: Mr. Creed's primary focus was in operations and general management of companies both in the United States and overseas including heavy press Aero-Turbine forging, heavy press Aero-Structures forging, Rolled Ring forging and manufacture of industrial and oil field machinery. Served as Director, Vice President, and President of the Forging Industry Association and is currently active on the FIA Nominating Committee and the Forging Industry Association Political Action Committee. He received his BSIE from Louisiana State University and his MBA from University of Houston.


Paul Dennis

Vice President and CFO

Paul Dennis Responsibilities: Management of Finance and Accounting, Human Resources, Procurement, Raw Material Purchasing and ERP.

Background: Prior to Weber Metals, Paul has experience in both heavy industry and the service sector. Paul also worked as Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers responsible for Weber Metals. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Paramount Chamber of Commerce and also sits on the Business Participation Committee of the Paramount Education Partnership. Paul holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from USC in Accounting and Business Taxation.


John Chierichetti

Vice President of Manufacturing

John Responsibilities: Manage Manufacturing Engineering, Material Control, and the die forging and hand forging product lines.

Background: John has been in the forging industry his entire career starting as an Industrial Engineer in 1984 at the Alcoa Vernon Works. John has been at Weber since 1988, he has held positions in Manufacturing Engineering, product development, and departmental supervision. John has a hands on management approach and has a thorough understanding of the forging process. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.


Bob Naumann

Vice President

Bob Naumann Responsibilities: Management of Quality Assurance, Plant Maintenance, and Facilities

Background: Throughout his 38 years in the forging industry, Bob has been involved in Engineering as it relates to product and tooling design, manufacturing processes and Quality Assurance. Bob has a BSME from CSULB


Abi Dehbozorgi

Director of Metallurgy

Abi D Responsibilities: Process and Product Metallurgy, Metallurgical Planning and Product Testing

Background:Abi has over 20 years of forging experience covering; forging design, metallurgical/quality planning, heat treating, and testing of ferrous and non-ferrous alloys for the commercial and military aerospace. Abi holds a B.Sc. degree in Metallurgy and Microstructural Engineering from the Sheffield Hallam University, England (formerly Sheffield City Polytechnic) and has completed the coursework portion of the Master of Metallurgy (M.Met) at the University of Sheffield, England. He is the recipient of the Silver Snoopy award for contributions towards forging of Incoloy 903 and Titanium alloy 5Al-2.5Sn


Darin Teevans

Director of Engineering

Darin Teevans Responsibilities: Management of Engineering, Estimating and Planning

Background: Darin started his career in the forging industry 25 years ago. Starting as a Design Engineer, he has worked his way through the Methods department at Aluminum Company of America to his current position at Weber Metals, Inc. as Director of Engineering. He joined Weber Metals, Inc. over 11 years ago and manages the Design department along with the Estimating and Planning department.


Woods P. Till III

Lean Enterprise Manager

Woody Till Responsibilities: Mr. Till joined Weber Metals in 2006 and is responsible for leading Weber Metals fully-integrated Continuous Improvement Program.

Background:
Mr. Till has over 40 years experience in the manufacturing environment (electronic, mechanical, and metals) and has been involved in continuous improvements in global environments. His strengths are in the application of Lean Manufacturing and continuous process improvement techniques. Prior to joining Weber Metals, Mr. Till held the position of Lean Enterprise Manager with Smiths Aerospace Mechanical Systems - Los Angeles where he was the 2005 recipient of the Move the Dial Award, granted by Smiths Aerospace for distinguished accomplishments in the development of high performance improvement teams both domestically and internationally. Mr. Till has a degree in Business Management, was inducted into the America’s Registry of Outstanding Professionals for 2003 and is a contributing member of the Lean Enterprise Institute and other web based continuous improvement institutions.
